Reporting to our dynamic Head of Retail Sales, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our super successful NZ team. Leading 5 DECJUBA stores across various locations, you will be an inspirational leader committed to driving sales, developing your team and have a strong visual merchandising skill set. No day will be the same as you drive performance across your region, focusing on:
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Analysing store and individual team member performance to get the best out of your people
- Coaching and developing our awesome Store managers to ensure success in all aspects of role
- Succession planning and strategic recruitment for our Decjuba NeXt Gen.
- Driving Amazing customer experiences across your region
- Monitoring and control of all commercial aspects in your region, incl. wage management
- Store visits with impact that leave your team & customers inspired!
Having experience in a fast paced multi-site role, you will have lead a region of a minimum of 5 stores, ideally in a women's apparel retailer. You thrive on delivering results, mentoring your teams, and fearlessly lead from the front in this dynamic and exciting business. Passion, exceptional interpersonal skills, prioritization, time management, unwavering commitment to your team’s ongoing development and an ‘above the line’ approach are the keys to your success in this role. A current driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
