The job requires you to be happy and motivated all day, generate clients and create sales.

• Do you possess excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and friendliness?
• Do you maintain professional and immaculate grooming standards?  
• Are you passionate about delivering meaningful customer experiences?

• Do you have experience working with reputable retail beauty brands or beauty salons?
• Do you have a strong retail sales and performance focus?

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct skincare consultations and colour demonstrations within our unique retail environment
• Convert rewarding beauty consultations to retail sales.
• Maintain the presentation of our luxury store environment
• Positively promote our beauty products and brand in store to capture new customers
• Store managers will drive their teams through coaching and mentoring, driving KPI and Sales success
