As a global investment manager with over 160 years of experience, my client interacts with shopping centre customers, retailers and business owners, contractors and community groups.

If you like being the first point of contact for all retail customers, are a good listener and problem solver, then this role is for you.  We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service Team at the information desk to provide exemplary customer service to the centre customers in person, or via the phone or online.

The role

Our client is after a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. They are a close knit team and need someone who is passionate about their work and happy to roll up their sleeves when required. You will be proactive and work efficiently with internal staff members as well as customers.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to:

  • Meeting and Greeting customers
  • Have the ability to go above and beyond for customers
  • Confident to sell gift cards and process cash and POS transactions
  • Have the ability to lift 5kgs and deliver mail to different locations in the office
  • Loan out mobility equipment with empathy and respect
  • Respond to Facebook queries in a timely manner
  • Deal with difficult customers and resolve issues

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Computer and social media savvy
  • Have sound experience in customer interaction
  • Have the ability to think on your feet
  • Resolve all customer enquiries and complaints satisfactorily within company guidelines
  • Have an outgoing personality and high attention to detail
  • Have a professional, helpful manner where anything is possible
  • Flexibility to work weekends and late nights
