We are looking for a highly motivated store manager who is keen for the challenge of running our busy Hamilton Store
About the role:
- Driving growth in retail & wholesale sales
- Developing & maintaining relationships with schools, businesses & sports clubs within your local community
- Visual merchandising for optimum sales opportunities
- Stock management - responsible for all areas of control within the store
- Coaching, developing & leading your team
Skills and Experience
- Strong retail background
- Customer service centric
- Passion for managing a team
- Able to demonstrate excellent stock management skills
- Excellent computer skills, intermediate level in Microsoft Office
- Strong visual merchandising skills - good eye for detail
- Effortless communicator with people on all levels
- Ability to multi task, highly organised and methodical
- Good attention to detail, able to work under pressure
- Proactive - self starter
- Genuine passion for selling!!
