We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Key Holder for our Pascoes Kapiti store which is based in Coastlands Mall.
With over 100+ stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, we are committed to creating a dynamic, working environment.

Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training.
The Role:
- Support the management team in running our successful store.
- Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
- Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
- Support team and guide them. Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
- Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time
About you:
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person
- You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in sales (it's a real "plus" if you have any staff supervision experience)
- Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
- Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising and displays and other activities
Must haves:
- Excellent English language skills
- New Zealand citizenship/residency or current NZ work permit
- Previous retail sales experience
- High level of personal presentation
Working 20 hours across Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Must be flexible with hours when required.
