Assitant Retail Manager: Full Time
Are you the retail expert we need?
We are seeking an energetic, well mannered and well presented person to manage our Dove Shops in Meadowbank and Panmure and assist with sorting at our Distribution Centre in St Johns.
Dove Hospice sells a wide variety of quality pre-loved clothing, accessories, books, paintings, furniture and home décor, generating profits to help patients facing life-threatening illness.
You will joining a highly respected and established retail group and be responsible for providing a modern, vibrant shopping experience for our customers.

If you want to be a part of something really special, you will have:
- Previous experience in the day to day management of a retail store.
- A passion for sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Expert merchandising skills with attention to detail and a creative flair
- Extensive knowledge of brands especially in Women's fashion and home décor
- Great organizational skills, ability to identify key priorities and use initiative
- A hands-on practical approach to driving retail principals and behavior
- Ability to motivate, train, delegate and direct others to achieve retail/organizational goals
- A love of people and preferably experience working with volunteers
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work independently
You must be available to work approximately 2 days per week, including weekends and occassional public holidays. Additionally you will be expected to provide relief cover for leave.
