We have a unique opportunity to be a part of Icebreaker’s eCommerce operations and growth, with a combination of global and regional scope. In this role as eCommerce Site Coordinator you will be in a cross-functional role and will work collaboratively with the Global eCommerce Marketing, Brand/Design, Global eCommerce Engineering and Operations, Regional eCommerce Commercial and CS teams to drive eCommerce initiatives ranging from website content update to roll-out of special project.

You will be responsible for

  • Setting up, maintaining and taking down eCommerce’s site content (banners, copy, merchandise catalog) to support commercial activities (eg, end-of-season sale, new season launches, tactical promotions) within the US/Canada region.
  • Managing and executing the daily operations and development of omnichannel programs such as loyalty program and click-and-collect initiatives within the US/Canada region.
  • Driving a sustained on-site search engine optimization (SEO) globally through improvements to Icebreaker’s eCommerce platform and/or its associated content.
  • Global planning, administration and managing of end-to-end A/B tests, which include hypothesis setting, KPI selection, requirements gathering, test execution and measuring success.

Who you are:

  • Equivalent of 1-3 years’ experience in eCommerce site or web content management
  • Experienced in eCommerce ideally within the apparel/retail industry. Omnichannel experience would be fabulous
  • Experienced using eCommerce CMS, primarily Demandware (aka Salesforce Commerce Cloud).  Or other CMS such as Magento, Hybris or IBM WebSphere
  • Basic HTML5, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
  • Passion for SEO and search engine marketing
  • Proficient in eCommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics; and A/B test frameworks such as Google Optimize
  • Great time-management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to strict deadlines
  • Highly data-driven with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Experience operating within an Agile team utilizing Scrum methodology a plus
