Job tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Managing A/C payable and receivable and completing weekly bank reconciliation, maintaining the general ledger timely;
- Month-end process, posting adjustment journals, and assisting with year-end process;
- Completing GST returns and other returns as required by IRD;
- Product costing and stock take process, and reviewing inventory in ERP and documentation;
- Maintaining company fixed asset (FA) register and update FAs in ERP;
- Reconciliation and documentation of inter-company transactions, including ERP data entry.
Skills and experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; and have
- Tertiary qualification in accounting;
- Preferable experience with manufacturing ERP system;
- Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience;
- Astute attention to details, firm commitment to problem-solving.
