• Assisting customers with their queries and providing advice on products
• Assisting Team Leaders with stock management and forward planning processes
• Maintaining vigilance to minimise stock losses and take appropriate and timely action where required
• Contributing to in-store based promotions and displays

To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate:

• Great Customer Service and Selling Skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Numerical abilities
• Experience or interest in Craft & Party or Dress & Sew, Furnishing, Manchester & Home Décor products to assist all our customers in their shopping experience.
• Upselling and add on selling skills
• Point of Sale systems experience
