The Opportunity

This is a fundamental role and will see you join a stable working environment working closely with the management team in a small knit team environment.

Within this role, as the Accounts Administrator, you will be able to utilise all of your accounting skills. You will be involved in all transactional duties such as Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll and reconciliation work offering you daily variety.

This role will offer the flexibility of part time hours, working 25 hours a week, but will see you play a key role within the team. Car parking available.

The Role

As the Accounts Administrator you will be working closely with the management team providing all the day to day transactional duties.

  • Performing high volume supplier reconciliations
  • Communicating with internal and external parties to resolve any queries
  • Scheduling weekly, fortnightly and monthly payments for suppliers
  • Managing all transaction activity within your remit of the ledger
  • Processing payroll for the group

Your Profile

  • 3+ years experience in an Finance Assistant/Accounts Admin role
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously as required
  • Experience using accounting packages and MS Office (Excel)
  • Have a forward thinking attitude with previous experience working with smaller organisations
  • Excellent communication and can easily build a rapport with clients/colleagues
