We are searching for a Department team leader  to assist in the running of this large format store which stocks a variety of products. This role will see you taking a fast hands on approach  and being on the floor where the action is. You will be assisting in stock set up and running a department where you will be the main motivator.
You must be a brilliant team manager and an inspirational leader and be prepared to get stuck into maximise the sales for your department.  You must have an understanding of the following to be successful

• You must be totally focused on sales! sales! sales!
• Highly organised.
• Ability to drive and motivate a dynamic team.
• Excellent customer  service skills.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Strong visual merchandising skills, capable of achieving & maintaining excellent store presentation standards at all times.
