Major duties and responsibilities of the Meat Manager Include:
- Lead, Coach and Develop your team.
- Monitoring Stock including wastage, Shrinkage and Quality Control
- Cutting and Wrapping Products
- Recognize, Reward and celebrate success
- Meet Sales targets, cost control and organizing staff shifts.
- Presentation Merchandising and Ordering fresh Meat.
- Meet audit and compliance Standards
- Maintain and Champion a Culture where people and food safety is inherent.
- Maintain Exceptional Standards and provide first class customer service.
Requirements
Certificate in Business Management
2 Year Experience as a Butcher
