Stevens is part of the James Pascoe Group and is a leading New Zealand owned retailer with stores nationwide.
As Store Manager you'll be working with a close knit team who are as passionate about our products and the service we provide as you are. You'll assist your team in exceeding service and sales targets, with the commitment to growing your business.
To be successful in this role, you'll already have:
- Exceptional levels of customer service
- Proven team management experience.
- Proven ability to train, develop, motivate and coach your team.
- Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
- Implementing business plans and managing a business through the Profit and Loss report.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a full time role, and will require working 40 hours on a Tuesday to Saturday roster which could include a late night Thursday until 8pm. Some flexibility will be required around these hours.
