We have an opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join our team based in our Grafton office.  The key purpose of this role is to record all donations in Raisers Edge, producing receipts and assisting with input of supplier invoices.  You will have at least three year' experience demonstrating you have achieved a good working knowledge of transaction and operational accounting processes.

You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and have these attributes:

• Meticulous eye for detail
• Proven track record of dealing with large volumes of transactions
• Experience in being proactive in improvement of systems and looking for ways to contribute value
• Solid computer skills, including word-processing, data imports and spread sheets
• Good knowledge of the use and application of databases and accounting software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• A warm and confident telephone manner
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively whilst ensuring accuracy
• Excellent time management skills and deadline focused
• Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate tasks and priorities

You must be someone who enjoys transactional work.  A high level of personal motivation to proactively assist the team and look for ways to add value is also desired.
