Opportunity for an experienced Multisite Retail Manager to join St John and implement our National Retail Development Strategy.
Op shop profits go towards local St John Youth programmes, purchasing new ambulances and Health Shuttles, and buying vital new equipment; allowing St John to continue its life-saving and life-changing work.
Reporting to the National Retail Manager you will be working with, supporting and coaching Opportunity Shop Managers across the South Island and lower North Island to drive performance and assist with the implementation of our National Retail Development Strategy.
To be successful you will have:
- Proven experience supporting and developing business and people across multiple sites in a retail environment.
- The ability to drive performance at an individual, shop and regional level.
- A focus on continuous improvement.
- Fresh thinking and initiative.
- The capacity to travel throughout the region and work autonomously.
We are looking for an experienced and energetic multisite manager who enjoys the challenge of no two days being the same and where organisation culture is as important to you as it is to us.
