We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee & drive the running of our chain of five Betty's Liquorstores in Queenstown (2), Frankton, Wanaka and Arrowtown.

Role Purpose:

• To manage the overall retail business operations of Betty's chain of five liquor stores

Key Aims:

• Retail store sales & profit growth objectives are achieved
• Good recruitment, training and development of staff
• The stores are well presented as per set criteria
• Customers are served as per agreed standards
• Ranging of stock is as per set criteria
• Pricing of stock is as per the agreed pricing matrix
• Retail stores operate within the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act at all times

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• can work under pressure and multi-task
• have previous experience in business management, business and point of sale systems and understand basic accounting principles
• knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and has LCQ and GM Certificate (or will obtain)
