Located in the sunny Hawkes Bay, the contemporary and modern PAK’nSAVE Tamatea is renowned for delivering value for money, a friendly personable service alongside a great shopping experience.
We’re looking for a Delicatessen Manager with outstanding drive and passion to coach our team in delivering overall excellence, freshness and consistency on a day-to-day basis in our Delicatessen Department.
To be successful in the role applicants will have:
Previous experience along with vast knowledge of product refinement and range expansion
Manage procurement and provide our full range at all times whist maintaining exceptional quality
Proven experience in supervising and leading a successful team
Solid understanding and delivery of exceptional customer service
A positive “lead by example” attitude
An excellent command of English language (written and verbal) is essential along with strong computer skills. Knowledge of Excel and/or SAP is highly desirable.
In addition to the above, you will also need to be physically able to carry out manual handling of product and be willing to assist the team when required.
Ideally, candidates will have previous management experience in a similar role and are looking for a step up in your career. This role reports to the Fresh Food Manager so if you can demonstrate the skills and motivation to succeed you’ll have the backing and support to unleash your potential in a friendly and team driven atmosphere.
Relocation costs will be considered for any successful candidate residing outside of Hawkes Bay
