As a Store Manager at Lower Hutt, it will be your responsibility to engage and motivate a small team and ensure overall the store meets brand standards and that the customer experience is nothing short of exceptional.
To represent our brand, you need to be:
- Passionate about delivering and driving excellent customer service
- Experienced at motivating and developing direct reports
- Able to read a profit and loss report as well as manage labour costs and complete stock ordering
- Driven to succeed and take ownership for the store and treat it like your own!
- Available to work a flexible 40 hour week that will include evenings and weekends to ensure you are across the way the store trades
- Someone with proven management experience
