The Company
This company is located in the Newmarket and have a strong brand in the Finance industry. They have been in the New Zealand market for over 20 years and continue to grow in operations and with that means the finance team is under the pump. Close to public transport and a great team culture.
The Role
As the Credit Controller you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working with the Senior Credit Controller. This role will require you to call customers to chase up outstanding payments, Setting up new customer accounts and will involve dealing with customer billing disputes and invoice queries as well as reconciliations. You will also prepare weekly debtors reports for the Sales teams and work with them to ensure they understand the debtor status is reviewed.
Your Profile
As an experienced Credit Controller you will have proven experience in that Credit Control space. You will have great follow-up skills and initiative, good written and oral communication and knowledge of the Credit Control processes. You will be customer service focused and most importantly, have lots of enthusiasm and perseverance.
You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment but also have high attention to detail which is required for this role. You will enjoy working as part of a team and definitely have an ability to meet deadlines.
