Want to start the new year with an exciting new role?
Mobile retail sales stars required! We are seeking a strong seller with retail/events experience, for a new role running pop up events, that sell and promote our amazing brand across Auckland.
You will be given everything you need to achieve success in this role - fantastic product, great bonuses, a brand-new Lorna Jane VW van to work from, and a mentor in the role!! All you need is a positive, energetic can-do attitude, with a genuine drive for success.
About the role…
- Identify suitable like-minded businesses to co-create community events and exhibitions with, and opportunities to execute pop shops and parties, where you can showcase the Lorna Jane product.
- Build connections and relationships within these areas to ensure that Lorna Jane can always obtain space at any events or where pop shops will be beneficial, and mutually beneficial relationships can be maximised upon.
- Make all appropriate arrangements and organise the logistics as required, to ensure all events are effectively organised and run smoothly.
- Drive the results and engagement at all pop shop events, acting with energy and initiative at all times.
- Continue to build the database of sisterhood entries and long term engagement with the Lorna Jane brand.
- Inspire all customers towards the Active Living philosophy and story of the Lorna Jane brand.
About you…
- These are event roles; weekend work and flexible hours won't bother you.
- You will have a proven history of achieving your sales targets, ideally within retail or a pop shop/event capacity.
- You're driven, energetic and hungry for success!! You take ownership of your strategies and goals, set your eyes on the prize, and can overcome any obstacles to ensure results are always achieved.
- Being an incredible communicator and negotiator, people love connecting with you. You build mutually beneficial relationship and achieve maximum results with your fantastic relationship building abilities.
- You always think about your customer and their experience, to ensure that they are at the forefront of every business decision you make.
