red rat clothing is an urban street wear retail store with a unique twist. We sell International brands including Nike, Converse, Adidas and other recognized labels. We also have a popular range of adults, youth and children's wear in our own labels at an affordable price.
In addition to paying cash, we offer our customers an affordable option of opening a red rat EZ-Pay customer account. Our customers are able to shop on credit in any one of our 12 stores nationwide, through telesales or on our website www.redrat.co.nz and pay off the account in weekly installments.
The 2IC is responsible for supporting the Store Manager achieving store KPI including sales, sign ups and fvr visits. You will be assisting with the management of 5-6 staff and will have responsibility for managing stock including visual merchandising, managing the lifecycles process and stock integrity.
The 2IC will assist with administration duties including rosters, various weekly reports and also HR functions including recruitment, training, health and safety and also providing the team with performance feedback.
You will need to ensure the store crew provides good customer service satisfaction and have the ability to motivate and inspire the team to ensure KPI's are met as well as delivering your own individual KPI's.
Most importantly, you will need to set a leadership example by demonstrating commitment and passion in all work habits.
