We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our Wellington retail team. Deadly Ponies is searching for a focused and career-driven RETAIL STORE MANAGER for our Wellington store.

We are looking for a motivated leader, who has a true passion for the customer experiance and overall willingness to contribute to the brand. The successful candidates will possess the following key requirements and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion.
• Determination to increase brand identity, community outreach and sales.
• Dedication to providing exceptional in store experiences that reflect the values of Deadly Ponies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Attention to detail and an innate sense of style.
• Computer literacy and a high level of accuracy.
• Motivated and driven to achieve all KPI requirements.
• Commitment to the role, along with flexibility and availability.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
