We are looking for someone to assist in leading our enthusiastic team in our busy Produce Department Are you a current Produce Department supervisor wanting to take that next step up the career ladder? TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE: •You will consistently deliver outstanding customer service at all times, identify and focus on their needs & expectations •You will need to deliver on a number of weekly and monthly targets including wages, dept GP, wastage and growth •You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of the department and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers •Have a strong people focus, able to lead and supervise, work well with others, and persuade and influence •Be computer literate and we would prefer SAP experience •Must have a commitment to excellence and strong organisational and communication skills. •Able to adhere to the store’s values and culture •Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting •We are a seven-day business and weekend work will be required •Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Produce, including Health and Safety and Food Safety programmes In this role you’ll enjoy the challenge of creating and maintaining an outstanding team that will exceed customer expectations.
