Are you tired of working in fast fashion and want to work for a New Zealand designer? This is a rare opportunity has opened up to join a Christchurch boutique with a workroom attached.
This NZ Designer has two stores, a thriving online store and a new store opening later in the year! It's a growing company where you can really make your mark.
Reporting directly into the owner / designer, your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing all areas of store operations; rosters & wage control, visual merchandising, stock management, store presentation and sale set ups
- Building relationships with VIP customers and growing the database
- Hosting clients in the boutique; whether it's bubbles, coffee, a beer or water, you will know how to entertain your clients while they are getting styled!
- Personal styling. Either in store, or on location, you will be working one on one with clients to build their perfect wardrobe
- Measuring / tailoring. The benefits of having a workroom is that you can take custom orders! If a client wants another colour in their size - you can make it happen!
- Driving sales and reaching daily, weekly and monthly store budgets. You know how to make magic happen on a quiet day!
- Managing a small and stable team. You will be an excellent coach and an inspiring leader.
