About the role:
You will be responsible for maximising the growth of the Direct to Consumer channel via their digital platforms and those of their business partners. You genuinely want to guide potential customers to find the right product that works for them and therefore you are passionate ensuring the business reaches its sales targets.

Required experience / skills:

• Extensive experience planning and strategising CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation).
• Be able to use customer insights and use the information effectively for marketing purposes.
• An understanding of website traffic and how to use the statistics / analytics.
• Knowledge around sales and how to get the best out of digital channels.
• You will need to be creative and think of innovative ways to improve. conversion rates.
• Have general web knowledge.
• Have an open mind to different techniques and the resilience to keep going when those don't work.
• Excellent communication skills.
