We are looking for a senior qualitative researcher with behavioural insights expertise and a proven track record to join our Wellington team.  This is an exciting role that requires a multi-disciplined approach to applying behavioural science to research and finding ways to make government regulation and communication more effective.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Essential to this role are:

  • Exceptional qualitative research skills
  • Experience in delivering behavioural insights to public sector agencies
  • Strong new business development skills and a consultant mindset
  • The ability to prepare high quality research proposals, reports and presentations
  • Persuasive communication skills
  • Strong conceptual thinking and strategic thought
  • An ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be flexible.

The remuneration package will be commensurate with your knowledge, industry experience, and skills.
