Job Description
The Panel & Sampling Executive is responsible for replying to panel member queries and ensuring positive user experience by giving high quality, relevant responses to panel members in a timely manner. In addition to providing great customer service, you will also be responsible for providing error-free sampling by managing and cleaning large datasets. These samples will be provided to Project Managers so they are able to target the required demographic groups and fill the survey quota efficiently within the project field dates. We are looking for someone who will be solution-focused and will put the customer first.
Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of manipulating large datasets
- Good knowledge in Excel and Access (Essential)
- Basic understanding of SQL (Preferable)
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in market research sampling techniques
- High level competence using English language, verbally and through email correspondence
