What?
  
Forming part of the newly created Product Team, you will focus on identifying products and features that customers want, bringing a strategic and commercial overview to the conversation as well as enabling outstanding go to market campaigns that land!
  
You will be passionate about getting under the skin of customers, looking at what’s working (and what’s not!), developing a vision, strategy and road map a programme of work.  You’ll work closely with the Product Owners (in agile ring-fenced teams) to bring the product vision to life, and in the absence of a Product Owner you’ll have the ability to own this piece yourself!
  
There is a variety of stakeholders you’ll work closely with from marketing, through to insights, technology through to strategy, you’ll flex your influencing and negotiating skills and capabilities.

This role calls for a highly experienced, commercial and passionate Product Manager.  You’ll have worked inside customer centric environments, with complex product offerings, technology and stakeholders.  In a perfect world you’ll have exposure to agile work practices namely delivery sprint cycles.
  
Attitude and passion is key.  Although you’ll have experience in the full product management spectrum (product strategy, roadmaps, performance analysis, go to market etc), your infectious passion and dedication will make you stand out from your peers!
