We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher who can bring their expert User Research experience to produce reports and wireframes to tell a story and support the growing needs of the wider team. You should apply for this role if you have a creative drive to take on new projects, like to think outside the box, show initiative and work with a minimum of supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process and categorise contextual human written responses
- Producing customer/prospect research reports
- Analysing user research sessions and collating feedback for wider distribution
- Aide in A/B Testing suggestions and analysis
- Create user flows/wireframes for implementation and testing
- Work independently with minimal supervision
You'll need to have:
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- An inquisitive nature and enjoy diving into projects and using your detective skills to come up with even better solutions
- an eye for accuracy and being detail-oriented, the ability to wear multiple hats, and being able to think laterally and be creative with an understanding of basic marketing principles
- Out of the box thinking
- Great communication skills, Easy to work with
