The Role

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, in this new role you will be responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring the Marketing Communications team ensuring they have the support and resources they require to deliver quality marketing activities.  You will oversee the design of a range of marketing activities that engage new and existing clients; grow sales and develop and enhance the brand and reputation of More4Apps.

You will manage the delivery of the agreed Marketing Communications Plan, ensuring that all efforts align and work towards the successful execution of the Plan and the company’s ‘markets’ strategy.

Other aspects of this role include overseeing the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and partners; quality assurance across all marketing materials and managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or business;
  • Marketing experience (minimum three years) in an intermediate level role; including experience with marketing campaigns, trade shows and web technologies;
  • At least two years’ experience in a team management role;
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written;
  • Proven research and analytical skills;
  • A technical ‘bent’ with an interest in working with technical information;
  • A desire to grow and develop your people
