A busy Auckland law firm specializing in Immigration Law is seeking a Chinese Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing Chinese client relationship, exploring new business opportunities and assisting lawyers in all types of immigration matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Undertaking marketing strategies within the Chinese community.
2. Managing online social media content and preparing advertising material for promotions/campaigns.
3. Exploring new market opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationship with business partners.
4. Drafting advertisement or newsletters to be published and coordinating with third-party service providers.
5. Managing Chinese client relationships.
6. Collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports on marketing activities and client base.
7. Working with the other team members to provide seamless service to clients.
8. Acting as an interpreter in meetings and interviews when required.
9. Translating and dictating documents accurately, including meeting notes, summaries, lawyer's drafts etc.
10. Liaising with clients to make sure the accuracy of documentation.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A tertiary qualification, preferably in marketing.
2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
3. English level equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
5. The ability to plan and organize multiple priorities and to consistently meet deadlines.
6. The ability to work well under pressure.
7. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
