Work at the intersection of design, business and technology within our 'Customer Central' as our Experience Design Sprint Lead.

No two days will ever be the same, you will perform a diverse range of functions, including but not limited to, designing customer experience sessions with business representatives, facilitation of customer experience sprints and workshops, service design, concept generation, prototyping and testing, as well as engaging with key stakeholders to build momentum and gain buy in.

You have proven experience in designing and facilitating sprints and workshops as well as creating and guiding cross-functional teams to explore and prototype potential solutions. You are adept at leading design research, utilising appropriate tools as well as applying insights from research and analytics to unpack problems and identify opportunities to enhance AT's customer experiences.

As a superior communicator, you will have a growth mindset and stakeholders and peers alike respect you - and listen to you. An agile team player through and through, and you are dedicated to continually improve processes in order to achieve high quality outcomes efficiently.
