An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engagement and Communications (Marketing) Advisor to join MBIE's Engagement, Communications and Ministerial Services Branch. As a Marketing and Communications Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications advice and services across a diverse portfolio of work.
The Engagement and Communications team is at the hub of our media and stakeholder interactions. You will be people focused and thrive under pressure. You will be innovative in your approach to delivering best practice, customer focused marketing and communications. Working as part of a team of great team of advisors, you will be encouraged and supported to contribute to the excellent communications service delivered to the Ministry.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- You will have experience in providing advice and delivering a range of integrated marketing and communications plans and campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
- The ability to manage a range of tasks, including event management and advice, project coordination and implementation, media planning, procurement and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive and effective relationships at all levels.
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency at shooting and editing video is preferable.
