Take the reins of Atomic's established brand in this exciting role!

Reporting to the Head of Atomic, as the Associate Brand Manager you will:

• Produce annual brand plans and manage the position and expansion of the brand
• Develop the online consumer strategy
• Manage annual advertising & promotional budget
• Own the Atomic Website content
• Responsible for the sales and promotion of the Webshop
• Responsible for all Social Media
• Organise and execute all events including the management of budgets, resources, and reports
• Provide marketing support to wholesale network
• Develop all marketing promotions and signage for cafés
• Create innovation for advertising campaigns and marketing

We're after someone who:

• has a LOVE for coffee!
• tertiary qualified in Marketing and/or Communications
• Marketing or Sales experience
• project and budget management experience
• strategic brand planning & brand positioning experience
• experience managing social media accounts
• an energetic, self-starter approach with the desire to take ownership and responsibility for all projects and tasks and to achieve a consistently high level of results
• able to work autonomously and part of a team
• strong interpersonal skills
• good at organisation and time management
• excellent communication and written skills
