HECO Group Holdings is a world class, market leading business who supply and install a range of quality architectural products for the commercial sector. We are a well-established, NZ owned company with 6 brands and over 200 staff.
Due to recent growth we are now on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will focus on all things digital and will take control of the planning and coordination of our various marketing channels, including our website, direct marketing and social media. You will have up to date knowledge of marketing technology, including CRM databases and be comfortable writing content as well as gathering this from our team of professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop automated email marketing programs
- Oversee our social media strategy
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s)
- Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Ideally you will have:
- A recent graduate with 1-2 years’ work experience
- Editing and writing skills: both short and long form would be useful
- Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well
- Web development skills: We don’t expect you to be a software developer, but you will need sound knowledge of the website portal, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and business software such as Campaign Monitor, ACT CRM, Word, and desktop publishing.
- Project management skills: be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
