About the Job:  
We’re looking for a search and social specialist with great optimisation skills, analytical skills with a creative flair to deliver amazing top-notch results to our clients as bringing positive impact to client’s advertising goals is what we pride ourselves for.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting: analyse data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures, and to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance.
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across diverse programs and channels
  • Provide conversion-focused ad creative direction and occasionally write ad copy based on past data learnings.
  • Monthly reporting based on insights, competitive insights and prepare recommendations.
  • Bids optimisation, Budget allocation, Budget optimisation.
  • Keyword research, campaign setup and optimise campaigns towards high ROI goals.
  • Close monitoring of campaign to ensure goals achieved.
  • Use data from Facebook as well as our internal multi-touch attribution tools to expand, evolve, and optimise paid social media campaigns.
  • Search + Social strategy & implementation.
  • Testing new strategies, optimisation techniques and refine them continually.
  • Responsible for leading the strategy as well as building and optimising paid social + search media campaigns.
  • Apply appropriate analysis and optimisation techniques to aggressively scale paid media campaigns on Facebook + AdWords if needed.
  • Run both prospecting and retargeting campaigns that successfully push potential customers down the purchase funnel.
  • Work closely with the Advertising team and provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to exceed KPIs and hit deadlines.
  • Staying current with best practices, strategies, legislation and industry standards related to social media marketing, analytical & eCommerce tactics.

Requirements:  
  • 5 years performance marketing experience
  • High analytical + creative copywriting skills.
  • 2+ years managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI-related KPIs highly regarded although not essential.
  • 2+ years managing Facebook Ads highly regarded although not essential.
  • Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager and/or Power Editor.
  • Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics software.
  • Loves data, analysis, and optimising campaigns.
  • Great analytical skills, competent with excel.
  • High accuracy with weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Have the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly responsive, and able to setup campaigns and reporting within strict deadlines.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove statistical significance between ad and target market variations.
  • Comfortable at quickly using Excel for data analysis and manipulation (pivot tables, modeling, etc.).

  • Persistent and would not give up even though a task seemed hard to start off with.
  • Highly coachable and is able to follow instructions.
  • Have access to fast internet and ability to communicate clearly via Skype.
  • Ability to check on client campaigns and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily.
  • Open to constructive feedback, hungry to learn, and hardworking who doesn’t mind putting extra hours into perfecting their craft.
