Our Sales Operations team are looking for a motivated, dynamic SalesForce Analyst to join our team. We're looking for someone innovative who isn't afraid of a challenge and looking for new ways of getting things done. You'll have great experience working with Salesforce and be passionate about getting the best out of SFDC and our data. As our Salesforce Analyst your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining CRM systems within FXNZ, particularly Salesforce
- Providing SFDC user support to our sales team
- Own the delivery of insight and business intelligence across business units
- People management of one direct report
It's an exciting time to join this team, with the opportunity to be involved in a number of different projects, and ideally you will have had previous experience rolling out new add-ons within Salesforce, or even a new platform.
We're looking for a candidate who has an optimistic attitude, and is keen to get involved and make Salesforce work for our business the best it can. You will be confident identifying and communicating opportunities for efficiency and alternative pathways to the end result. Our Sales Operations team are a collaborative bunch and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of the team and drive success at Fuji Xerox.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Salesforce experience
A relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. Commerce or IT - Great attitude and genuine desire to be part of a successful team
