Born Digital are looking for a talented individual who can help us deliver exceptional digital solutions for clients, delivering amazing digital experiences that result in real business outcomes.

Part of the role will be to help mentor and develop the junior members of the team so being able to motivate and inspire is essential.

You will need to make sure that visibility and engagement levels are high and you will work with others on estimating, release planning, architecture, quality and design best practices.

You will encourage innovation and creative problem solving, and ask the "hard" questions when others might not.

Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on software development experience
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Knowledge of building scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technology stack (.Net Framework C# ), and familiar with Visual Studio and Git
• Web development involving ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, accurate HTML, and CSS
• Backend development involving Windows Service, Service bus, and RESTful API
• Database development (MS SQL Server)
• Building applications using cloud technologies (Azure)
• Building continuous integration and delivery pipeline
• Building applications using microservices architecture and containers
• Solid background in Agile development and product development environments
• Very strong interpersonal people skills, written and verbal communication and team leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and data accuracy are inherent to you, along with being well organised and effectively prioritizing workloads
• A delivery orientation and the ability to successfully manage stakeholder expectations
