The role of the Brand Marketing Specialist is to support the core Les Mills International Marketing Department through driving the brand and consumer driven program / product projects forward, as well as integrating those projects throughout the wider business and global markets.

Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the following: 

  • Planning, producing and executing allocated program / product / partnership specific projects
  • Driving and supporting the brand guidelines and evolution of those over time, working with the wider team to refresh and rollout revived guidelines for global brand consistency
  • Consistently supporting the brand and consumer team objectives and anchoring all activity to the numbers and KPI’s identified, looking for opportunities in how our consumer marketing can help drive those numbers
  • Audience and segmentation knowledge, including consumer profiling with agency partners and consumer research and insight with the Insights Team

The successful candidate will have solid experience and a real understanding of brand, project management, relationship building and production processes.  In addition, we are seeking someone with an understanding of insight and data to inform creative and communication and sound experience in managing a wide range of brand related projects.
