We are an on-farm sales and service company and we proudly provide a range of dairy refrigeration solutions to ensure that farmers have confidence that they are producing high quality milk in the most cost effective way.
Our products include refrigeration units, polar wraps, temperature displays, stainless steel milk vats, and we’ll design, install, repair and provide all related services required for farmers to keep their milk production up the highest possible standard.
We have a fantastic part-time role of 30 hours per week where we are offering a mix of marketing, sales and customer support. This is a hands-on position for a results-driven person to be one of the Dairy Solutions Team which will enable you to grow your personal brand with the support and resources of a global leader. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for:
- Advertising & Events – contribute to the planning and organisation of Field Days and Sponsorship Events by coordinating and supplying relevant marketing materials and assisting with logistics
- Social Media – coordinating with the Sales Team to obtain relevant content for social media channels
- Sales Team – managing the dispatch of marketing materials including sale materials, brochures, signs, banners and promotional give-aways.Working with Sales Team on demand creation ideas and initiatives to grow sales
- Providing sales quote reviews
- Customer order management
- Pipeline management
- Sales reporting on weekly and monthly basis
- Planning and organisation of Sales Team events, Customer Workshops and Key Account Training events
- Coordinating supply of Team clothing
To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified, ideally have a couple of years marketing experience from a medium sized organisation, able to bring creative ideas to the table, be an excellent communicator, have great organisational skills, strong attention to detail and exposure to digital and social media. It would be a great if you have a strong affinity with the agricultural sector.
