Along with appointing a new CEO, we also have a fantastic opportunity for a team member to job-share with our existing Membership Coordinator on a part-time basis. 

Just like other team members who work with us, you will come with a passion for building a vibrant Cambridge, the skills to co-ordinate our regular events programme, attend to administration tasks and support the CEO.

As the Chamber's Member Coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Event organisation and administration
  • Website and social media updates
  • Administration and accounts support
We want to hear from candidates with:
  • Initiative 
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Efficient processes and great computer literacy
  • Confidence, energy and an outgoing personality
  • Flexibility to support our out of business hours functions 
  • The ability to hit the ground running
It goes without saying that you must be able to build rapport instantly and be well presented at all times. You will need to be an approachable, customer focused individual with the ability to make things happen! Preference will be given to candidates with events management experience and knowledge of day to day accounts administration using Xero.
