My clients a leading supplier of European hardware brands to the building industry. Due to a restructure arising from growth they now require a marketing manager to take control of the NZ Marketing function.

As Marketing Manager you will develop, lead and execute marketing strategies and manage the entire marketing mix. You will manage a Marketing Co-ordinator, report to the GM and work very closely with Sales and Product teams. Defining and communicating the companies value proposition to end users and channel partners your duties will include - 

Represent marketing function as part of Senior Management team including Long Range and Annual Operating plans
Prepare marketing budget and manage marketing expenses to budget
Project lead the implementation of company and product branding
Work with ANZ Marketing Manager on strategies that support the launch of new products
Ensure the companies marketing function is represented strongly nationally to internal and external stakeholders
Manage key relationships with agencies and external marketing providers across press and digital

The right candidate would offer considerable experience in a marketing executive or management position where leading the marketing function across the mix of mediums is apparent, and where strategy development has been paramount.
