We’re looking for a tech savvy, social listener, who turns insights into action
Working as part of the Communications team, this role requires a passionate, driven, digital communications professional who is looking to either begin or further their career in the communications space.
You will manage all aspects of our social media and will have a deep understanding of the social media universe including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn. You’ll also demonstrate knowledge of emerging platforms.
This role will be part of an energetic, fun and experienced team who are customer focused and passionate about producing outstanding work.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- have knowledge of social listening and capable of turning insights into action
- report results and work to improve usability, engagement and visibility
- have the ability to own the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programmes
- be technology savvy with solid understanding of the website content management systems
- have computer skills that include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- have a solid understanding of Google Analytics
- have a relevant degree, qualification or expertise
- be an excellent communicator and writer
- have the ability to adapt to the style and tone of The Lines Company voice on a range of social media platforms
