The Company 
My client is a well-known NZ company with a strong reputation in the fast growth industry in which they serve. With a head office based in Takapuna, our client has operations throughout NZ.


The Role 
You will be supporting the Senior Business Analyst with a combination of regular project work, business-as-usual reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Some key tasks will include:

• Analysing monthly performance and identifying areas of risk and opportunity
• Developing KPI reports using Excel models to highlight operational gaps
• Identifying process improvements and collaboratively implementing enhancements across the business
• Support decision making by providing commercial analysis
• Data management including reconciliation, conversion and analysis
• Involvement in multiple IT System implementations

  
The Person 
You will have a curious and forward-thinking mindset with exceptional numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Advance Excel skills is a must. You will have the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights and you will have an affinity for IT systems.
  
Building and managing strong relationships both internally and externally will come naturally. You will have experience working in high change environments, and a proven track record of delivering quality analysis, reports and presentations.
