The Client:

My client is a full service brands communication agency that works a lot of rural sector clients in Bay of Plenty, Auckland and the Waikato. Their services range includes creative strategy, creative videos, advertising, websites, social media work, press, marketing strategy etc. They have been in the market for over 20 years and engage with long standing clients with which they have built trusted relationships. 

The Role:

This position would allow you to work closely with their creative strategist and involve you working both at a strategic level. They are looking for someone who can advise, plan, build and implement campaigns through from strategy to execution, and therefore you need to be comfortanle with getting involved with implementation for campaigns and strategies as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High level strategist with implementation experience
  • Build and implement digital content for use across email, search, social, web and in various CRMs
  • Implement and optimise social media advertising campaigns
  • Build and optimise Google Adwords campaigns and Google Display campaigns
  • Work with analytics and use data to inform campaign decisions (i.e Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc)
  • Remarket and retarget opportunities across all digital touchpoints

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in developing digital strategy with a focus on digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record implementing digital content for use across email, search, social, web and in various CRMs plus be familiar with best practise across the board
  • Experience with power editor or similar tools
  • Experience working with Facebook pixels, Google Tag Manager and similar
  • Experience with analytics and using data to inform campaign decisions (i.e Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc)
  • Publishing and listening tools experience preferred but not essential
  • Need to have a dynamic personality and be confident with holding a client facing position

If this feels like a good fit to you and you are coming into the marketplace immediately or soon for a new contract, please get in touch. If location isn't ideal in bay of plenty, but you are close by, my client is open to someone working remotely a few days of the week. However, you will need to be there at the start more frequently to get a handle on all the work required. This will be an initial three month contract with possible extension and potentially even become permanent.
