We are working with a wonderful and highly regarded organisation within the L&D sector here in South East Auckland.
Due to rapid growth and to provide greater structural cohesion they have created a brand-new role within their Strategy and Planning Department. The Marketing Partnerships Lead will provide expertise and an advisory function across the whole organisation with regards to best practice, customer-led marketing strategies and techniques.
You will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans that support strategic and operational plans. The business has undergone a complete transformation of the Marketing & Communications department - from an in-house production shop to Centres of Excellence for Strategy, Branded Communications, New Product Development and Insights. As such, a key focus for this great new role will be leadership, coaching and building capability within the Marketing Partnerships hub.
The Marketing Partnerships Lead will be an organisational beacon in resetting internally focused cultural norms, reshaping cross-functional collaboration, inspiring customer-led thinking and building positive relationships across the group.
Ideally you will have 10 years or so of experience in brand communications, marketing and/or campaigns within an agency or client-side environment. Most importantly you will have awesome stakeholder management skills and a real knack and proven track record for influencing and building relationships within a customer focused and customer led environment.
