About the role

We are currently recruiting for two Customer Segment Leads to join our team. In these roles you will be responsible for providing support for customer strategy, co-creation and CVP design processes with stakeholders, to develop and implement market leading value propositions from ideation and insights through to experience design, to distribution and performance measurement. 

About you

You'll have experience gained within a large and complex professional environment, preferably in the discipline of marketing, strategy or customer experience.

You'll also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience building effective working relationships and the demonstrated ability to influence without authority
  • Strong analytical skills, insight interpretation and customer experience knowledge used to develop CVPs
  • Strong analytical and insight interpretation skills
  • Experience using/ and or establishing design based thinking practices and processes
  • A history of delivering customer solutions which have improved business performance and customer outcomes
  • Ideally three to five years experience in a marketing environment and relevant tertiary qualification
