Description
The key purpose of this role is to support the Strategic Imperative of "Meaningful Relationships"
- Set and implement strategy for growing giving programmes annually
- Build more meaningful relationships through insight, diversity and life cycle management
- Lead the individual & regular giving and bequest team for operational excellence and budget delivery
- Work collaboratively with other Starship relationship managers to identify opportunities to continually improve supporter relationships to maximise lifetime donor value
- Work collaboratively with other Starship team members to identify synergies & strategic alignments to acquire new individual donors from across the organisation
Profile
They are ideally looking for someone with strong experience within direct marketing / segmentation / customer journey / loyalty marketing to take them to the next level. They have a new CEO on board that is making positive changes and they want someone to assist them in breaking the traditional charity revenue mould by being more strategic & targeted with what they do.
