Our client based in Central Auckland are seeking a Part-time Events Coordinator to join their team until the end of September.


Working 2 days per week, you will be coordinating an annual corporate event and some travel to Wellington around the event period will be required to help set up.


Duties:


  • Managing logistics around the event (materials, catering, etc)
  • Booking travel and accommodation for senior management
  • Supporting and managing requirements for the annual shareholder’s meeting including administration and planning for the day, liaising with key stakeholders and their EAs
  • Assisting with HR administration


Requirements:

  • Event management and strong administration skills required
  • Previous experience with managing corporate functions
  • Experience liaising with senior management and stakeholders
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
