Our client based in Central Auckland are seeking a Part-time Events Coordinator to join their team until the end of September.
Duties:
- Managing logistics around the event (materials, catering, etc)
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior management
- Supporting and managing requirements for the annual shareholder’s meeting including administration and planning for the day, liaising with key stakeholders and their EAs
- Assisting with HR administration
Requirements:
- Event management and strong administration skills required
- Previous experience with managing corporate functions
- Experience liaising with senior management and stakeholders
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workloads
