Reporting to the National Campaign Manager, the main focus of this role is to deploy marketing campaigns to generate retail enquiry for the Flight Centre brand. You’ll also work with our retail stores (Flight Centre & Travel Associates) to plan, implement and review strategic Local Store Marketing plans.
This is a high volume, deadline driven role where you’ll need to be hands on with tactical delivery as well as providing strategic thinking in line with the Flight Centre brand.
We are looking for someone to develop, execute and manage various types of strategic marketing activity.
Main duties Include:
- Working with our product team to produce innovative and dynamic offerings to achieve maximum results
- Assist with driving national campaigns across all channels
- Assist with planning & booking media as & when required with our external media buyer
- Plan, implement and review tailored strategic Local Store Marketing plans
- Assist with supporting the running of our Campaign team
This is an opportunity to put your in-depth industry knowledge to work in a creative and encouraging environment.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years marketing experience
- The ability to work effectively under pressure; experienced delivering multiple campaigns and marketing collateral simultaneously with short deadlines.
- The highest attention to detail and level of accuracy
- A can-do person with a positive outlook and committed to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds (with varying levels of technical & business expertise) to come up with solutions
- Strong computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft office /Google programs & systems; experience using Incopy Design program desirable but not essential
